Signal Hill opened the ice rink to the public on Dec 18, 2021. The rink lights go off at 9:30pm daily with the change room locked at 10pm. Ice rink maintenance will continue until mother nature decides to melt the ice which occurs in late February/early March. We have 28 rink volunteers supporting your community.
